📄 Cancelling Subscription
Depending on how your subscription was set up, there are four different ways it can be cancelled.
1. End Date Reached (No Manual Cancellation)​
If your subscription is not renewed before the current billing period ends, it will automatically expire.
What happens:​
- You do not need to manually cancel the subscription.
- No further charges will be applied unless you choose to resubscribe.
2. Cancelling via the Customer Portal (Accessed from Pricing Page)​
If you're the organization owner, you can cancel your subscription from the Customer Portal.
How to access:​
- Go to the Pricing section in the application.
- Below the list of plans, click the Customer Portal button.
- This will redirect you to the Customer Portal, where you’ll find the option to cancel your subscription.
What happens:​
- The cancellation is scheduled to occur immediately
- Once cancelled your subscription will not be active and you may be restricted from using services.
3. Super Admin Cancels Subscription​
Upon a user request, A Super Admin from our side can cancel the subscription for any organization directly within the application.
What happens:​
- The cancellation is scheduled to occur immediately
- Until the decision is taken, the subscription remains active.
4. Subscription Created but No Payment (90-Day Rule)​
If a subscription is created but no payment is completed, The subscription will not be in the active state and serives are not available.
What happens:​
- No charges are applied during this time.
- Once the 90-day period ends without payment, the organization is automatically downgraded to the TRIAL tier.
Want to Re-Subscribe?​
If your subscription has ended for any reason, you can easily resubscribe anytime from the Pricing page or the Customer Portal.
