🚀 Upgrading your Plan
Users can upgrade their current subscription plan at any time to access more features, increase member limits, and expand their store capabilities. Upgrading provides enhanced functionality and flexibility, depending on the selected tier.
Why Upgrade?
Upgrading a plan allows users to:
- Add more members/users.
- Manage and connect more stores.
- Unlock advanced features and integrations.
- Gain access to priority support (available in higher-tier plans).
Available Plan Tiers
The platform offers multiple plans, each with increasing limits and capabilities:

How Upgrading Works
- Immediate Effect: Once the upgrade is confirmed, the new plan's features and limits take effect immediately.
- Billing Adjustment: Depending on your current billing cycle and the time of upgrade, a prorated charge may apply.
- No Data Loss: All existing data (users, stores, configurations) remain intact and accessible.
- Limit Expansion: Any previously disabled users or stores (due to limits in a lower plan) will be automatically re-enabled if the new plan permits.
Upgrade Flow
- Navigate to the Account Settings > Plans & Billing section.
- Select your desired plan.
- Review the features and pricing details.
- Click Upgrade and confirm payment details.
- Receive a confirmation and enjoy your new plan features immediately.
⚠️ Note: Only account owners or admins with billing permissions can initiate a plan upgrade.
Example Use Case
A business on the Silver Plan wants to onboard additional team members and integrate more stores. To accommodate growth, they upgrade to the Gold Plan, which provides:
