📉 Downgrading your Plan

When a user's current subscription plan is manually downgraded, the system enforces specific limitations based on the new plan tier. Below is a detailed overview of how downgrading works, for example - when transitioning to the Trial Plan, and the rules applied across other plan tiers. Once downgraded, the specific limits as per plans will be applicable to the organization and its users.

Some users will not be able to use the application if the downgraded plans user limit is lesser than the previous higher plan. We recommend thorough impact analysis before downgrading a plan.

Downgrade to Trial Plan

If a user downgrades to the Trial Plan. This plan has stricter limitations compared to paid plans.

Restrictions on Trial Plan:

  • Member/User Limit: The number of active users is capped. If the number of users exceeds the limit:
    • A set number of regular users will be put on hold (suspended but not deleted).
    • The remaining users beyond the allowed threshold will be automatically disabled.
  • Store Limitations: The number of stores that can be added is restricted.
  • Feature Access: Certain features available in higher plans may be inaccessible in the Trial Plan.

Plan-Specific Member Limits

Each subscription tier has a predefined limit on the number of users/members allowed:
